"If you like to work for a company where you are a one man team, than this is the place for you. The systems are beyond confusing and take a year to learn and if you do not hit your number, there is no second chance"

"Culture is stressful and people are hired and fired at a fast pace; it is sales after all"

"Create a better atmosphere and company culture. I would invest more in my employees and not make it all about numbers and statistics"

"With the latest acquisition, Level 3 will probably be entering a period of downsizing, so I don't see Level 3 as a good place to hire on, unless in Broomfield, CO."

"Senior Management. The company is bloated at the top. You have Managers reporting to sr. managers reporting to directors reporting to sr. directors reporting to vp's...."

"Be consistent with your message. If exceptions are made, call them out."

"Focus on scrum agile methodology and how your work habits fit within the dynamic of iterative development, sprints. demonstrate your ability to learn and adapt on-the-fly."

What don't you like about working at Level (3)?

"Inability of upper management to support employees in helping meet road map leads to understaffing and unrealistic deadlines. Supposed adoption of scrum agile not supported by upper management. Product over process leads to defects and lack of time for design, QA, refactoring, etc."

"Instead of trigger-finger reactions to poor quarterly results, look at root causes for lack of customer satisfaction. Staff reductions exacerbate customer service satisfaction."

"I would not encourage anyone I slightly cared about to interview at Level 3 unless it was a last resort."

"The micro managing and lack of data integrity paired with inability to allow autonomy."

"Stop the factory mentality. Allow people to work from home and join the rest of the world stop cubicle nation, you are disrupting your own production."

"I started my career in telecommunications at Allnet in 1990, learning the business supporting the Cost of Access applications.
