"Worse Company to work for as they never cared about their employees. Owners have trust issues with everyone including each other. They then attract same type of mindsets to run the company as well, which does not create an environment that is professional or healthy for anyone."
"I have worked for Leonie since March 2014. The company had a good reputation. The issues with the company come into play with regard to the client and the company corporate leadership. The quality of the people I current work with is excellent. The quality of the incoming personnel is below standard due the company pay reductions from bidding to low on the contract renewal."
"I found that I was not in control of developing strong competitive proposals. Senior management wanted to stay the course with a losing formula. Company seemed to be in decline per some of the troubles they are facing. Not a good place to work. It wasn't easy to get along with the senior staff per their disregard for pricing and what we brought to the table."
"I would highly recommend working for Leonie Industries."
What do you like about working at Leonie?

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Always be honest. They value integrity. Ask questions, they will give it to you straight."
What don't you like about working at Leonie?
"I only wish that they had more opportunities to advance in the geographical area that I wanted to settle in: Central Florida.Sometimes, there was a disconnect between those of us in the OCONUS field and some of the experts supporting us from the rear CONUS."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I haven't been with them for more than two years but they should continue the course in the same manner in which they were moving."
"Great place to work if you love your job and require no additional professional growth"
What do you like about working at Leonie?
"Salary, primarily. By luck of the draw, they have hired some outstanding individuals in their OCONUS positions. These men are professionally excellent, drawn from prior military (Special Forces, Marines, etc.) and have outstanding people skills. Their CONUS positions are filled mostly with technically competent people."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be smart, talk up OCONUS experience, show knowledge of the AOR."
What don't you like about working at Leonie?
"Leadership from the rear---mostly inexperienced individuals running programs about which they have little knowledge. Contractual micromanagement, coupled with an gnorance of the living and working conditions overseas, led to constant CONUS/OCONUS friction."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire more people with true OCONUS experience for the leadership, and fewer from the ranks of the serendipitously connected."
