"I enjoyed to ability to work my schedule arround outside activities. they also had a great time off/sick time program to simplify the process if time was needed"

"If someone was interviewing with Lenscrafters I would tell them to stay flexible and ask for information and training to better both their own sales and their relationships with patients"

"They did not Train employees in the reasons behind options given to patients. there was the company line and you sold what they told you, not necessarily what was the best for the patient"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest better optical training for all employees. also they have currently been reducing saffs and staff hours and that can cause hard feelings, both with the employees and the patients."
