"The customer service we provide at the school is great. Students love the food and clothing apparel provided by my employees."

"Make sure you are applying in the right field and have the years of experience to back it up."
What don't you like about working at Sodexo?
"The fact that there is no contract for next year does not help with job security."
What do you like about working at Starbucks?
"Team environment, goal oriented, fast paced, customer service, building relationships with partners and customers."

"Ask a lot of questions during the interview, some things that are talked about and make it seem like it'd be stuff you'd be interested in, isn't exactly how it is when you start."
What don't you like about working at Starbucks?
"I would like to see improvement around the concentration of employee's viewpoint at work."

"Have a strong focus on employee viewpoint and gauge how it is affecting the business and turnover of the store."

"A disaster but midlevel people were helpful and supportive"
What do you like about working at Sodexo?
"Its a large multinational company with a good deal of sability. The mid-level management was very god at provising support, tools, and autonomy to get the job done. Compensation was fair and the job was personally satisfying. There were occasional opportunities to move move within the company."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be yourself, dress professionally fo the position you are seeking and speak with confidence in who you are and what you offer."
What don't you like about working at Sodexo?
"Upper level management was a bit to removed from the everyday opperation and, because of this distancing, was not very good at addressing issue that came up on the job."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be more involvd in the evryday opperations of the company , even at its lower level since these are the area that providie the kind support the public comes in contact with and form their opinions on."

"Not enough support, limited resources for development to meet with competition."

"They need to know the market changes and try to catch up."
