What do you like about working at Lee Enterprises?
"My lead Online Specialist is such a delight to work with. I couldn't have asked for a better co-worker. His enthusiasm keeps me motivated! My company believes in me as an artist and allowed me to design the annual magazine by myself after I hadn't even been working there a whole year. Each month, I learn more about design and my work improves."

What suggestions do you have for management?
"When my supervisor needs to explain how to do certain tasks, she talks down to us employees instead of talking us through it."
"Great company to work for. I have really learned a lot during my time working for the company. I have been really lucky and had very knowledgeable managers which has of course been a very positive experience for me."
"I worked for Lee Enterprises for 14 years at both the local newspaper and at corporate. My time there was fairly positive. The company does a decent job at promoting within. With the current situation of the newspaper industry as a whole, entering any of these media companies would carry a least a slight risk in my opinion."
