"I enjoy my job and the people I work with. I have been able to grow professionally and personally. I have been able to multi-task two positions and have a lot of responsibility for certain program implementations."

"Be prepared."

What don't you like about working at Lear?

"We have had a pay reduction, benefits cut (tuition, pension 401K match, rise in health care premiums to name a few) and I drive 45 minutes to and from work 5-6 days per week. In addition, IACNA is an automotive manufacture and the industry is currently very volatile."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"There really isn't anything they can do to change. They have to continue to make cuts to ensure IAC is the one left standing through this challenging environment."
