"Interesting problems to work on. It is a great way to learn about the smart grid."

"If you are fresh out of college looking to get a couple of years of experience it is a great place, but after that leave. You will not advance your career long term at this place."
What don't you like about working at GE Energy?
"Lack of qualified co-workers. They claim to have the best and brightest but don't. Politics come before execution and quality takes a back seat to short term gain."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"You need to focus on technical excellence. 80 hour weeks do you translate to quality work. You need to actually user your lean workouts on your own organization and trim the fat that isn't adding value."

"It is a good company. I am learning a great deal cleaning up a major project."

"It is a contract position, and I am looking for a permanent job with benefits. Many contractors work for BCBS. Zero problems."

"None, just be yourself and explain whatever experience you may bring to the job. Be honest"

"Great work experience, becomming very efficent in sharepoint, teaching others with little experience, helping upgrade"

"None, they are counting on me to update and install sharepoint to what they are needing"

"The depth of technology. There is a lot to learn from Iron Mountain Digital software. The bonus was consistent over the years."
