"Company is very old and big. Career is painfully slow. Best practices and industry standards are seen like time wasters, there is a high resilience to innovation or adoption of most efficient techniques or methodologies"

"I'd try to refresh the company culture by rewarding results and cutting off dead branches. I'd make sure good resources are in a confortable environment and motivated to work."

"Good work culture and start-up company type environment. Lot to learn and share."

"After working here for 4 years, learning seems to get bounded here. I've started loosing charm here, as despite of quality & quantity of work I'm doing here, its missing appreciation."

"Employees are live wives, if you don't care them and don't feed them well, you are forcing them to take divorce and move on."

"Management as little regard for creative workers. Come in at 7:00am and work until midnight while they work regular hours and go home early"
