"It is located in an area where Metro does not have access."

"I would suggest that management, at least the management with whom I work, remain the same."

"It was a safe job."

"If you don't want to move up in your career, want to receive a salary around 100k for the rest of your life and would be interested in living in a cubicle, then this is the perfect job for you."

"The job was not cut out for those wanting to be successful and really wealthy someday. It was also highly political. The company was too big, and there were many people in management just waiting to retire. All of them had been there for 30+ years and don't understand the new generation. It was terrible."

"Tenure shouldn't decide promotions. Managers don't know how to manage beyond clocking the amount of time you are at or away from your cubicle."

"I like working for the customer."

"The lack of guidance and adequate management for government contracting because Kforce core business is short-term staffing. Kforce acquired Bradson to gain entry level into the government contracting industry, however, this transition was not easy and as a result, employees felt under-valued."

"Learn the dynamics of government contracting and develop an open-door policy where employees can express their ideals and feedback."
