The only thing I would say I dislike about this line of work is that more and more these jobs are being outsourced, and offered to less experienced people in an effort to save money, and as we all know you end up getting what you pay for."
"I wanted more from my position, but it would seem to never appear. I have been a tech now for 17 years and it is fun, but what I hope for is to use my outgoing personally along with my technical experience. Combining both of these skills and experience would be my favorite career."
