"Know what you're getting into. It's a great company but the work is a great task and requires a certain type of person to enjoy it."

"Daily operations and entry level staff are not incentivized in any way. It's a loathsome job at a computer in a tight cubicle all day! The overall pay structure is below average. Daily tasks are menial and monotonous."

"Be genuine and offer your employees more for the sacrifices and time they dedicate to the company."
