"Great training, decent compensation, growing company"

What don't you like about working at Lanier?

"Sales manager and rep hid a $110K deal from me that was supposed to be split with me because I was team selling to medical vertical market. Not fair since I split all my deals on equipment and imaging software even when the other rep refused to help me sell software and lead imaging lunch & learn events."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Focus on one selling strategy for each rep to eliminate fairness issues. Assign reps for vertical market, territory or government."
