"Lanier honed my sales technique. Everyday was a new challenge. They promoted all management from within the company."

"I averaged about 11 hours a day for 6 years. The pay and commission structure were much less that other copier sales companies at the time. Branch managers chose if and who the wanted to get promoted. The manager that I had for the last 3 years at the company never had anyone promoted from under him as he did not want to train new sales people and have is branch sales drop."
