"Not worth it working for this company, The workload is mentally exhausting, non-stop calls. Have to always be professional, provide best CS. Study tons of terminology outside of your shift time. The pay never increases even if people perform well, get better degrees, and stay with them for years. For near minimum wage and almost no benefits? Not happening! If you expect this much for your employees, you need to compensate them better."
