What do you like about working at Landon IP?

"The location is very close to metro. Right in the heart of Old Town Alexandria. There is plenty to do around the office."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Try another firm like Cardinal, Patterson or Neo. If this is your only choice it is best to grill the company when you interview. Meet your boss and rate their leadership skills. Ask about turnover rate for that group, if they say zero, get up and walk out they are lying to you and this is a common occurrence. The real turnover rate is around 85%."

What don't you like about working at Landon IP?

"No leadership. There is no real growth potential and all the full time employees are treated like pawns. Overspending results cuts and the only real way to cut is to axe salaried employees. So if you dare take a job here and you hear the term cost cutting or right sizing beware you are about to find out how valuable you really are."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire real managers, experienced leaders to improve the dreadful current state and overall company morale."
