"The bank fund was closed and we no longer had the investment dollars to expand in our industry."

"The management team did a good job with the resources they were given."

What do you like about working at Label-Aire?
"I was given a lot of responsibilty when it came to the purchasing decisions. Once I really embraced the position, I was allowed to create my own process for the day to day procedures. It was a small company and I was able to work very closely with all of the staff and established a respected position in the company."
What don't you like about working at Label-Aire?
"I was hired as a shert term temp that was supposed to hire me after 6 months. After 18 months they were still unable to open the permanent position. I hated to leave, honestly, but I needed medical benefits."

"None. I thoroughly enjoyed my term of employ here."
