"I Suggest more communication between departments because without communication there could be some great effects with the work flow."

"It was demanding, but also cold and lifeless, stagnant for everyone, no matter what their status was"

"The top brass would come in every now and then to throw their weight around, in the meantime we were stuck with incompetent beauracrats who only thought of themselves"

"Employee input, fair workload, consistency in instructions, hire more people even if cost more money"
