"I have been working for Labcorp for the past 5 months now. Even though as a software engineer, we go to laboratory visits, where we get to meet the representatives who work on analyzing the data samples taken for clinical trials and share their experiences. These experiences help us to collectively create platform the User is looking for. As Labcorp is all across the US and some other countries, we are developing a multi-regional web application that can share the same application but has different rules based upon the region-specific. The work culture can be improved as compared to the other corporate offices."

"I really like LabCorp's mission and they have many very passionate people working on some great innovative products"

"Get to know your direct supervisor well. The person you directly report up to will make a world of difference. Under the right person, this could be a great job with promising and rewarding responsibilities and outcomes."

What don't you like about working at LabCorp?

"Employee Engagement was of little to no consideration and there was very limited opportunity for growth. The work environment was highly political and too many good people ended up demotivated and emotion distressed."

"When you truly care for people, it will become easier to achieve organizational stretch goals. Hire people with substantial knowledge, and then empower and trust them to do their job."
