"It's not good for long range employment. They don't teach their reps all there is in accessioning. In the Dallas office, they don't cross train so it's difficult to know what the other departments are doing and difficult to move out of the accessioning department."

"The 2 hour travel time from Sprinter to Metrolink and then a bus to the office. It wasn't that bad compared to traffic when driving a car to work."

"Continue to offer employees growth opportunities and do not eliminate the Educational Re-Imbursement Program. Many employee hesitate to go back to school due to its cost."

"Employee Engagement was of little to no consideration and there was very limited opportunity for growth. The work environment was highly political and too many good people ended up demotivated and emotion distressed."
