"I think all people interviewed should be asked if they like to bake and if it comes out tasting great. Good bakers make great scientists."

"I think that the salary range for the position is on the low end of national average."

"It's been grown ever since we were aquired and it hasn't stopped. Several smart people within the industry."

"More unity and leadership pushing for the culture. More meeting the people in the organization from the CEO,CFO,CIO, etc..."

"the most impotant tip is to be honest. Do not want people who say one thing but upon verification find out they have gone beyond the usual fluffing of the resume to out right lying."

"I can work some very long hours at times but overall a great place to work."

"Try to make both departments feel important not just the one that directly reports to him."
