"Fun atmosphere between coworkers. New building that had a gym. Given opportunity to move into different positions."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Take it for what it is, a job, but know that at any point you could be let go for no reason."
What don't you like about working at OmniLytics?
"Technology seemed novel but couldn't be proved. They would fire people instead of laying them off so they didn't have to pay unemployment. Then dispersed responsibilities to others that didn't ask for them. Then when new responsibilities are too much they let those people go as well."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Spend the money for research to prove your product works. Think about your decisions and how they can affect peoples lives. Unemployment is usually awarded so why not just lay people off instead of making them think they have done something wrong."

"It is in Georgia, which is quite a distance from what we consider to be our home - Arizona."
