"Be very careful who you befriend in this company. They will cut you loose if you become friends with the wrong person. Keep to yourself and just do your job. Don't get involved in the drama."

What don't you like about working at GAR Labs?

"The company was very segregated, nobody took the blame when they made mistake. It was always someone else's mistake."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take a better look at what's really going on. And try to figure out why certain departments do not have employees that last more than a few weeks."
