"Less strict on disciplinary actions when an employee takes a late lunch or stays over to finish their duties."

"Hours are not that great, currently I am working the graveyard shift."

"This company if your are looking for experience in working in a geotechnical company is great, you will learn a lot. But is only a stepping stone for something better."

"Being over worked and not getting the recognition for that hard work that I have put in."

"To have better communication between management and workers about deadlines"

"The benefits for the company were great, along with the accountability of your work."

"Be prepared for some repetitive work because it is primarily and production laboratory."
What don't you like about working at Intrexon?
"The management and work flow was not very consistent, which resulted in very busy and very slow periods."

"Do not hover over your employees as much. Give them the opportunity and responsibility to make decisions concerning data results."

"Its a good job to list on your resume right out of school. Professor Drake is an intereresting professor, very smart and more than dedicated to his students."

"The pay was minimum wage at the time which was 5.75 per hour"
