"The formerly public company was purchased by a very large private corporation in Spring 2013. Since then, many changes to the work environment have been implemented. Employees, especially salaried employees, are expected to stay at the office until assigned tasks are complete, regardless of time. There has been a recent wave of layoffs, so workload per individual has increased significantly.The overall atmosphere amongst co-workers is great. Most are very supportive, if one needs help."
