"My tax season seasonal positions allowed me to be compensated for the many hours of overtime that I worked. My salary positions at KPMG LLP gave me a generous 25 days a year (vacation/sick) in return for the fixed salary and tax season overtime hours."

"Make sure to have a good upper management mentor or source to insure you are staying on track with the corporate goals."

"Lack of balance (tax season weighted work). Instability of financial services in the past few years."
