"I've worked at Konami for over 7 years. The climate and culture has dramatically decreased to a point where almost everyone is looking to leave the office. The U.S. office has no say in decision-making, HQ bogs down everything with lengthy online approval processes for EVERYTHING, even paying the utilities. No upward mobility (company-wide, not just for me). Only shining light is the HR department... they really do look out for you and try to get the best benefits available."

The mindset is very Japan centric and sometimes misses the mark when making local decisions. There are about 120 folks in the office, very loyal, very hard working and truly love what they do.
