"Make sure that it's the type of lifestyle that you really want. Also make sure that you get some type of education. Use them like they use you."

"There's no camaraderie. Everybody in it for themselves. There is also a lot of favoritism along with certain actions getting pushed under the table. Too many Chiefs and not enough Indians."

"I would be more knowledgeable. I also wouldn't be judgmental towards new employees."

"Ask lots of questions to ensure you understand what they offer."

"Typical industry benefits not available, such as tuition reimbursement and certification reimbursement."

"Improve upon industry benefits like tuition reimbursement. Allow new employees to purchase time off."

"Management is very good at listening to the concerns of employees, and needs to continue this practice to ensure high employee morale continues."
