"There's no camaraderie. Everybody in it for themselves. There is also a lot of favoritism along with certain actions getting pushed under the table. Too many Chiefs and not enough Indians."

"I would be more knowledgeable. I also wouldn't be judgmental towards new employees."

"The government has extensive processes for every aspect of a job, and therefore work productivity can be impeded at times. However, I understand necessary steps are needed to safeguard sensitive information."

"Management is very good at listening to the concerns of employees, and needs to continue this practice to ensure high employee morale continues."
