"To contribute to your organization's success through the use of exceptional customer service, integrity, honesty and people skills. To also bring creative integrated strategies to develop new and existing customer sales; brand/product evolution and endorsement."

"The lack of support for associates who had issues. If an associate reported an issue the Management staff would give the associate a hard tome for reporting anything. They refused to investigate legitimate complaints and deemed the associate as a trouble maker."

"Listen to your associates and investigate in its entirety their complaints."

"The job is constantly changing, there are always new products to present and showcase for customers."

"Long hours (36 hours straight at times with 6 hours off then back at it again). Very little pay when compared to time invested. A very cut-throat environment. District Managers and Regional VP's are clueless to everyday store operations. Little care is spent on customer satisfaction, it's all about the most profit made with the least amount of money invested."

"Realize that middle management and lower personnel have lives and family that are more important than the company. Slavery and indentured servitude was abolished generations ago in this country."
