"it was very system orientated. helped me understand the flow of the kitchen and how to work with my peers and staff"

"learn how to comunicate with each other over radio since the building is over 50-60k square feet"

"started off as a scratch kicthen as years went by become more of a fast food chain"

"to work hard everyday and as years go by continue to stay hungry and look for new or challenging goals to achieve"

"the customers, and learning to open, close, ordering, paper work, receiving, training, inventory, cooking, prepping,baking."

"just be ready to have ups and downs just like any other resturant"

"the owner didnt care anything about the business, he poored his time into his other 3 and left us out to dry with no advertisment or even a budget to get our name out to increase business"

"management did an outstanding job making sure we were getting the name out to increase business so we could keep the staff that we had."

"Hire a full time book keeper and finacial advisor. Put people on the board with actual restaurant experience."

"I enjoyed interacting with the guests at the chef's table. At the time that I worked there the food was outstanding-that has changed quite a bit. The food is just good now"

"Too many chiefs. Very much a boys club-so advancement was dependent upon your gender more than your skills."

"If the job is done well-then praise the person doing the job-stop patting yourself on the back for hiring that person."
