"started off as a scratch kicthen as years went by become more of a fast food chain"

"the owner didnt care anything about the business, he poored his time into his other 3 and left us out to dry with no advertisment or even a budget to get our name out to increase business"

"management did an outstanding job making sure we were getting the name out to increase business so we could keep the staff that we had."

"Hire a full time book keeper and finacial advisor. Put people on the board with actual restaurant experience."

"I enjoyed interacting with the guests at the chef's table. At the time that I worked there the food was outstanding-that has changed quite a bit. The food is just good now"

"GO somewhere else"

"Too many chiefs. Very much a boys club-so advancement was dependent upon your gender more than your skills."

"If the job is done well-then praise the person doing the job-stop patting yourself on the back for hiring that person."
