"I have worked at Kimberly Clark for a short time. In the short time, there are many facilities within this city. The facility that I am currently at, the people are very helpful and very kind. The teammates know how to get along having a strong value of this characteristic. This is an older generation that currently works here so there will be some turnover the next couple of years. Overall, its a great place to work if you are an employee here. If you a contractor, you don't receive the same kind of benefits and are excluded on many things for the regular employees. As far as technology goes, it's OK. It's average, but most of the work is done in India."

"The individuals in the company were always willing to help others learn the process."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be yourself and but make sure you have an idea of what all in required (environment, travel, interaction with the public, the use of your educational background, etc.) before you accept the position."

What don't you like about working at Kimberly-Clark ?

"There was not proper on-boarding training for new hires. New hires had no standard set in place for the various processes"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Create better standards by which new hires can adhere to. This will enable them to know all of the steps involved in completing a task."

"Overall the company was a great place to work, but they had moved their machines and equipment to another facility."

"Just tell it like it is, and explain yourself thoroughly."

"Actually nothing at all, they did a very good job with the employees and families."

"Push more for the educational advancement, to further employees education."

"The CXO leadership was off by itself in Dallas and were more bean counters than innovators."

"Innovate. Take chances. Being too conservative won't win the big one."
