"Great MRO Products. Excellent company culture and support"
"I have worked for the company for seven months. They have a very challenging start up program that if you don't have accounts to call into can be very tough. This position isn't for the faint of heart it is very tough and will drive you crazy on some days. You have a ton of paper work that needs filled out and sent in along with daily calls to your managers."
"Hired as manager. In reality was hired because of my history and customer and rep relationships with a prior employer. Company has a perspective of an 1990s MRO supplier. Old sales and training techniques. Take the black bag and demo products to open new accounts with special pricing. Repeat visits to penetrate with higher pricing. Made in America doesn't work when competitors are undercutting your prices with cheap offshore stuff. Middle management is pathetic. IT support is inept."
