"I am with Kforce from November 2013. Although its a contracting company I enjoyed working here. The company took care of my paperwork very efficiently. This company is very efficient and there are no hidden policies. It supported me through two different Clients and listened to my urge to learn new technologies every time I felt like I am saturated at a single technology stack. Since I am a believer of things can be improved all the time, I wish they could care more about my desire to learn new advance technologies all the time."

"I've worked for Kforce for a year and a half. The company itself seems ok, but the location I am assigned has many issues. Knowing what it takes to be hired on full time is chief among them. The ability to get promoted before being hired full time is non-existent. The "it is what it is" philosophy stifles initiative and is actively discouraged."
