"Get a tech degree."
What don't you like about working at Eastman Kodak?
"Nothing, only that the max hours one could work was a 30 hr. schedule, and that is why I left for the 40 hr schedule."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Kodak has great management, my 2 supervisors had been with the co. for over 20 yrs and were on their game, making all proper changes to policy, listening to our direction. Kodak paid attention and corrected issues to insure profitability."

"If you need help, anyone will pitch in to get the job done. We are like a family."

"Be honest. Be ready to work, an communicate with all departments. There isn't a It's not my job attitude."

"Due to mergers the work load has increased, which is a good thing, but difficult to keep the same high level that I expect of myself."

"Management is very willing to listen at anytime you need them."
