"Overall Kerry has been a good company to work for. I have an amazing relationship with my manager, as well as her manager. I have found that sometimes the dynamic with other functions can get hostile, and upper management is too busy to look into it and fix that company culture. Overall, I would say that my experience with Kerry has been good, with a few minor inconveniences."
