2.7I have been working in Kent State university for the past 3 years. Working in a research lab with several lab mates has been stressful yet a very good experience. The high competition and Stringent monitoring impacts a good amount of stress which taught me to work in a stressful condition. Overall a good experience but would not prefer this for a longer period.
3.9I've had a very positive experience working as a Resident Assistant at Kent State. I love the people I work with and get to live in a very nice building for FREE. With that being said, I do wish that our stipend were a little bit larger - especially considering that we're only allowed to work so many hours a week. It's very hard to afford other things such as a car with the small amount of actual money we earn. Nonetheless I'm very thankful for this role and view it as more than a job.
4.6I've worked for Kent State University since 2011. I have gotten my undergraduate and master's degree from this university. I am very happy to be selected as an Adjunct Instructor even when I was a master student back in 2011. Working conditions and people are very nice here. Everyone is very respectful and helpful to each other. I have worked very well with all my co-workers and gained so many new friends in this environment.
