"I worked as a Team Manger for Kelly Services for nearly two years. Colleagues and Advisors were great and hard working, always striving to do their best and share success. Senior management could tend to have unrealistic and ever-increasing expectations."

"Working for a contractor is difficult because you have no security. I was on a 2 year contract when it ended suddenly after 6 months. Despite assurances that the company was secure, I was back looking for a job. I will never work as a long term contractor again."

"I have worked at Kelly Services for 3 years and contracted to DOW Chemical for those three years. Kelly Services is a good company and they care for there employees. They respond quickly to issues that you might be having with the company your contracted too. While being contracted to DOW chemical my colleagues have been great. The few drawbacks that Kelly has is the pay and the ability to grow. They do allow you to switch positions I believe every 6 months if you want but there is really no room for growth as long as your contracted. The pay is not great and they give you small raises based on performance reviews."
