"not a very honest company regarding positions, hours, expectations, training with their clients and contractors"

"On a contractual basis, I was hired by Kelly Services, Inc to work for a client of theirs by the name of Anthem. From July 2019 to April 2020, I was a temporary employee who had little to no health benefits through subsidy with a required number of work hours to meet before their effectiveness. The unfortunate and unexpected Covid-19 Pandemic caused the workplace to close operations after a 30-day deployment to work from home. The job was stressful at high peak times with high call volume and at uncertain task-fulfilling times due to the amount of pressure when you were expected to produce quality work with very minimal guidance."
