"Its a good company for growth and have a full time job."

"Good company but it had too many want to be chiefs and few warriors. No advancement and only pals and buddies got promoted when they did not have the skills, acumen or degree for such roles. CEO's kept breaking up the company, outsourcing and eliminating division's until there was nothing left and was acquired by 3M when its bloated debt could not be paid off anymore."

"Great small family owned company with longevity fit construction workers. Benefits and pay are good, however, working in the office (as opposed to the field) is challenging due to the dynamic of being in a family owned/operated environment. I am the 3rd PM that has been cycled through in the last two years."

"Completely depends on the type of job you're applying for as there are several different areas of work here, but I guess if I had to say something it would be to present yourself as down to earth and professional."

What don't you like about working at KCI?

"The work is monotonous, tedious data entry. What else can I say about it"

"I don't know, I don't really know how she runs the show as I don't see that much of her. However, I do believe she is doing a good job as the company consistently has new business and the people working for her really seem to be on the ball and work very hard. It's not the company that's the problem..it's me."

"my job and my staff very rewarding and global experience was wonderful"

"would not recommend at this time due to the instability"

"went private and is selling off not interested in employee value"

"Have your BICSI Certification to get the top money, be willing to work long and sometimes irregular hours. Have fun and do a good job."

"Too much project related work. When its over its over and you get laid off."

"Invest in your savings and minimize your spending. Watch this company on the stock market it is very volatile, cash flow has been based mostly on the VAC and now there is competition; the work environment leaves a lot to be desired if you are at the Advantage Center."

What don't you like about working at KCI?

"The personal agenda's that are not for the betterment of the company. Upper management is on the buddy system and is not sufficiently education to be in the positions they are in"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Fire senior management at the Advantage Center and hire people who are educated in the insurance industry, are committed to doing things legally and morally correct, truly want to improve the system and are proactive and not reactive in their management style."
