The management needs to have more training in the medical device industry. Some of them came from pharmaceutical environments, and had no concept of what they were doing. They definitely need more training, and need to know how to create a positive, motivational environment for their teams. In addition, some of them even talked negatively about the global/corporate strategies during conference calls. Stop the insanity!

2.9 I don't know, I don't really know how she runs the show as I don't see that much of her. However, I do believe she is doing a good job as the company consistently has new business and the people working for her really seem to be on the ball and work very hard. It's not the company that's the problem..it's me.

Headquartered in San Antonio, Texas they manufacture a variety of medical technology; including therapeutic beds and tissue regeneration devices. The company was founded in 1976 by James R. Leininger, an emergency room doctor that lived in San Antonio.
