"The corporate climate is unbearable. Advancement opportunities are nil. They will look outside the company whenever possible. The management team does not appear to understand the business as virtually none of them came up in the company."

"Look elsewhere. It will consume your life, and you will be promised much more than you ever receive."

"The politics in the company made it hard to make any improvements in field based processes, and the customer service needed improvement; as well as the paperwork. They also spread the reps way too thin, and promised many things to customers without delivering."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The management needs to have more training in the medical device industry. Some of them came from pharmaceutical environments, and had no concept of what they were doing. They definitely need more training, and need to know how to create a positive, motivational environment for their teams. In addition, some of them even talked negatively about the global/corporate strategies during conference calls. Stop the insanity!"

"Taking care of patient needs, and making sure our products were patient ready."
