"Kawasaki (known as KMC in Irvine) is basically a country club full of untouchable and highly incompetent executives that protect each other. They became executives due to their years of employment at KMC and the relationships they built. KMC is in very bad shape due to their lack of knowledge and poor judgment decisions, but only subordinates get laid off. On paper, the Japanese control KMC, but in reality, they do nothing to eliminate the country club culture and local executive incompetence."
