"I've worked at Kanda Software for 2.5 years and it's a privately held company and unfortunately was built with funding the owners lifestyle, not sales employees happiness, growth, and the ability to make money. The company has a 12 month rule where all sales accounts go the the house and sales loses all commission, which is counter productive to up-selling and keeping accounts for life! Which I strive to do."
