What do you like about working at Juniper Networks?

"The benefits and the proximity to my home. The food is good too."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Cut your best deal coming in, and don't ever go to work for a group where the supervisor or director is someone you don't know. What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would take more time to think about reorganizations and changes in product direction. It is very disruptive and upsetting to be changing company directions so often."
