"Juniper is a very good company in terms of learning experience and peer mentoring. The projects hosted by Juniper are very innovative and constantly challenge the way their competitors work and solve problems. The top executives have lunch and discuss the problems faced in running such a huge enterprise and how they overcome it every day."

Order Manager

"My experience has been disappointing."

What do you like about working at Juniper Networks?

"The money is not bad. It is close to my home. Can work from home when needed."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't do it. But if you do, ask a lot of questions. But don't be surprised if you get a politician's answer."

What don't you like about working at Juniper Networks?

"They are not fair across the board. Some departments work 12 hour days and lose time with family. Some departments cannot even enjoy the holidays without bringing home work. It's all about the money and having the next order in the pipeline. Too many processes along departments that have close contact don't know what each other's processes are. This causes a lot of internal fighting. High tech company using low tech software and processes to run it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop the insanity of 12 work days. When a region has a holiday let the people enjoy that holiday with their families. Don't expect some to work. Fairness across the entire company will only lead to quality output from all employees. Never mind buying up another company and focus on the one you have."
