2.8 A massive company with many different divisions, a great opportunity for growth and pay. Unfortunately, the work culture has become toxic and overly bureaucratic. The communication between management and regular employees is terrible, nearly nonexistent on the important things. The culture engenders slothful behavior of just do the bare minimum and don't create a fuss. Those who push for positive change and progress are frowned upon and are more likely to be terminated.

3.5 16 years and only 1 honest manager so far. coworkers are awesome and pretty laid back work environment so it washes. wages and advancement are still 'club' driven.

Simplot, the company made gigantic profits from selling dehydrated foods to the military. After World War II, its contract with McDonalds to provide frozen french fries made billions more.
