"A massive company with many different divisions, a great opportunity for growth and pay. Unfortunately, the work culture has become toxic and overly bureaucratic. The communication between management and regular employees is terrible, nearly nonexistent on the important things. The culture engenders slothful behavior of just do the bare minimum and don't create a fuss. Those who push for positive change and progress are frowned upon and are more likely to be terminated."

"The pay and benefits were very good at first. After JR died the whole culture of the company changed. Management stopped caring about employees, rather it just became lip service and the good old boys club. HR and management say one thing then lie right to your face later. For employees not so good. Just good pay and no life."
