"DO NOT APPLY AT THIS BUSINESS!!! They are in the process of filing Chapter 11!!!!!"

"I hate that the politics in the company is so bad that it has affected the morale so bad that my co-workers can't stand the place."

"The Young's need to take back their company and make it run ow it did before they let idiot like Mike Record run it into the ground."

"The company is run very well, and support is great. Also the people that you work with truly care about your success."

"Interviewing with the IMB is a good experience. Ask a lot of question though to make sure it is what you want to do. It's not for everyone."

"There is sometimes a lot of politics involved when working with the IMB."

"I liked the management of the company. My one suggestion would be to listen more to their employees when thinking about changes in the company."

"Dichotomy : two cultures. One half of the company was working hard, the other half not so much."

"I love the work, but the facilities needed drastic improvements. The shop foreman / leads did their best to make things work better and flow better, but the overall facilities were difficult to work in."
