"The team members. turnover rate is very high especially with nurses. Techs stay because thete is no way out unless you go back to school or travel. Being the most senior, I had the knowledge and experience of everybody else."

"get rid of small minded petty individuals. Managers should be happy and willing to work the floor occasionally so that they can adequately understand where the staff is coming from. Managers shouldn't freak out if they have to do something on the floor."
