"I worked here for almost two years, and learned a lot about plastic equipment. I also learned PLC programs, DC motor control, and the MHI interface software. There are 22 plants in different states. JM Eagle carries many plastic products - is the biggest plastic company in the world."

"this is an extremely stressful job. There is always tons of work to do, hardly any downtime. If you are thinking about this line of work, you need to be tough, persistent, extremely organized, and a top self organizer."

"Treat people more respect and listen to the employees. Stop spending so much on advertising and hire people that have a brain"

"Great products and good benefits. They run lean so be ready to cover many tasks. The corporate culture is heavy handed and most management feedback is emotional and harsh."

"Fighting management to be able to provide proper customer service and prices. Owner and CEO micro managers and will not let people do the jobs they were hired for."

"Have a better understanding of the construction industry and why customers operate they way they do, and work with them. Provide better training, provide a positive and encouraging work culture."
