What do you like about working at Jerr-Dan?
"I was given many different projects and departments to run. There was a lot of training made available to us. Anything we felt we needed to have training on was pretty much made available."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be upfront with these guys. Too many people came in there and did not live up to what the said in the interviews."
What don't you like about working at Jerr-Dan?
"They laid off 70% of the workforce including all of the management. It was a hard battle changing the culture of the company."

"If something doesn't seem right check it out before its too late to change."
